JEN HANZEL, M.Ed, LCPC

Welcome and I’m so glad you’re here! I’m passionate about helping clients of all ages develop insight, perspective and the strategies needed to continue moving forward in their lives. 

As a therapist with nearly a decade of experience I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where every part of you feels valued and respected. I want all my clients to be able to explore their struggles and feel empowered to develop the strategies necessary for compassionate personal exploration and growth. 

My clinical expertise includes addressing ADHD and executive functioning deficits, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem and Women’s health. Areas of particular interest for me are: teens, young adults and women diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety and navigating life transitions. I have specialized training in ADHD, Rush Neurobehavioral Center Executive Functioning Curriculum, Social Thinking and Zones of Regulation. 

Additionally, from my time working as a school counselor, I am uniquely familiar with advocating for and fostering the social-emotional needs of modern children, as well as working alongside parents to find the right support for their kids.
